Atlantic
Boston Construction Atlantic Boston Construction has provided trained, uniformed watchstaff for commercial property owners for more than 20 years. Our team members are instructed to call the local police or fire department, as appropriate, in the event of an emergency. Most patrols are radio and/or phone equipped, but are not armed.
Clearly marked "Atlantic Boston Watchstaff," vehicles and uniformed personnel serve as a visual deterrent to illicit or inappropriate activity. In many situations officers of Atlantic Boston have directly assisted local police and other authorities in situations having nothing to do with the properties being monitored by Atlantic Boston. Trained to initiate a response procedure to building specific issues such as fire and flooding, our watchstaff is often able to summon emergency assistance before major damage occurs. The staff is also experienced with most types of monitoring and alarm systems.
Atlantic Boston watchstaff teams, which can be contracted to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, are also proficient at monitoring parking problems. Abandoned vehicles and misparked cars frequently present challenges for commercial property owners. Our trained staff readily identifies these issues and can gather relevant information, distribute notices, and take other action as necessary. |
